Each small batch is hand made by chefs in a professional kitchen in central Maine. HADDOCK CHOWDER
An award winning blend of haddock filets, diced potato and delicately seasoned fish and shellfish stocks. Finished with BGH-free heavy cream from Maine and New England.

BUTTERNUT SQUASH & BROCCOLI CREAM
A curiously savory blend of fresh butternut squash & broccoli simmered with all natural vegetable stock and exotic spices. Finished with local BGH-free heavy cream and a blend of potatoes to add a hearty consistency.

CAJUN STYLE SWEET POTATO & CHICKEN
A robust chicken stock with fresh vegetables, red sweet peppers and fresh jalapenos. Finished with Cajun Spices, all white meat chicken and local BGH-free heavy cream.

CUBAN STYLE BLACK BEAN
Black turtle beans simmered in all natural vegetable stock with onions, bell peppers and jalapenos. Thick and spicy with a traditional Cuban flavor. Gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free and low fat (<1g fat per serving).

CHICKEN VEGETABLE RICE
A lightly curried chicken stock simmered with all white chicken, onion, celery, carrot and rice. Gluten free.

COUNTRY STYLE BEEF VEGETABLE WITH BARLEY
A rich beef stock simmered with tender beef, carrot, celery, onion and barley.

OLD FASHIONED CORN CHOWDER
A traditional yet rich and creamy blend of corn, diced potato and onion with natural vegetable stock and cream. Gluten free.

TOMATO LENTIL WITH SWEET ITALIAN SAUSAGE
Tomatoes, chicken stock, onion, bell pepper and carrot simmered with Italian sausage, lentils and herbs. Gluten free.

HUNGARIAN MUSHROOM
A robust and peppery beef stock with mushrooms, Hungarian paprika, garlic and spices, finished with sour cream. Gluten free.

ITALIAN WEDDING
A flavorful all natural chicken stock with spinach, pasta and tiny meatballs.

FRENCH ONION
A rich blend of beef and chicken stock slow simmered with thinly sliced Spanish onions, white wine and a hint of pepper.
