Native Maine, Out & About

Native Maine's "School Pro's" were on hand at The Maine School Food Association's 8th Annual Conference, held on Tuesday, August 3rd, 2010 at Sunday River in Bethel, ME.

The theme for this year's food show was

"School Meals Keep Us Going Full Throttle"

The purpose of the association is to provide healthy meals and promote Nutrition Education to Maine's school children. Native Maine is a leading supplier of fresh fruits and vegetables to Maine schools and is a supporter of the association.

	Ummm, bagels!	?Fruits and Vegetables are just the beginning. This year NMP introduced our beloved "Lunch Ladies" to Ray's New York Bagels, available in both 2oz and 3oz sizes. These bagels are perfect for little appetites and were a big hit with the ladies. NMP will have these in stock in time for the school year.
