Native Maine Produce & Specialty Foods, LLC is now seeking customers interested in joining our Advisory Board.
We only ask for a couple of hours commitment, three quarters a year (we take summer off ‘cause we’re all so busy). The meetings are light and very casual and the members receive the knowledge that they are helping to steer one of their locally owned and operated suppliers in the right direction-against the mega food distributors of the world. All meetings are held in the 2nd floor conference room at Native Maine in Westbrook.
The Native Maine Produce Advisory Board (NMPAB) was originally chartered to provide Native Maine Produce, LLC with timely, balanced, external advice on issues of importance to Maine's chef's and Maine-based food service establishments. The board provides impartial advice, information, and recommendations directly to the owners and management of Native Maine Produce on new products, changing food fashions, trends, and creative methods to best serve the customers of Native Maine Produce.
The members of the Board offer a diverse and extensive reservoir of independent technical and practical culinary knowledge, formal hospitality education and hands on food service expertise. The Board is focused on new product development and the growth management of our medium size food distribution business.
For an application to join, please download our PDF Application or contact Emily Oleksyk at 207-856-1100.
