?Great Hill Blue – is a delicious, locally made cheese that you should consider putting on your next cheese plate.  Made with raw, unhomogenized milk, this blue is as rich as it gets. The dense, creamy texture is slightly crumbly. The flavor is full, tangy and sweet with a slight spiciness.

Great Hill Blue is an internally ripened, cow’s milk artisan quality cheese. The cheese has a slightly denser and yellow curd as no bleach or food colorings are added. Great Hill Blue is delicious with fresh or dried figs and local honey.
