Orange Sesame Seed Dressing 6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice 4 tablespoons 90/10 Oil 2 tablespoons sesame oil 2 tablespoons sesame seeds 1 tablespoon soy sauce 3 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons freshly minced fresh ginger root 1 1/2 tablespoons freshly minced garlic
Asian Slaw
1 head rough shredded Napa cabbage
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 Anaheim peppers, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Garnishing Ingredients
1 scallion, chopped
1 edible orchard
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, orange juice, 90/10 oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic.
In a large bowl, mix the Napa cabbage, peppers, and cilantro. Toss with the dressing just before being served, Garnish with chopped scallion and edible orchid. Plate under 2 prepared Chef One™ dumplings of your choice according to the cooking instructions on the box.
